My wife and researched multiple moving companies before settling on American. From the initial phone call through the quote process they were way above the rest, their professionalism and promptness stood way above all others. American's professional approach and courtesy extended straight through our moving day. The crew was exceptional and treated our furniture including priceless antiques and rugs with great care. Everything was blanketed, wrapped and labeled to perfection. The team kept us in the loop with everything they were doing and most of all included us in decisions concerning the fragility of some of our belongings. When it came time to move everything into our storage facility it was placed in a very organized manor with great consideration for the time that it will be moved to the next house. We just can't say enough about how positive this normally stressful experience was and highly recommend them. The staff and process are second to none!

I LOVED working with this team. I never write reviews but wanted to make sure AMS received their 5 stars. Bryce and everyone I interacted with was personable, professional, and easy to get in touch with. The movers were on time, speedy, respectful of my belongings, knowledgeable about packing, and proud to do their work. Everything they packed for me (mirrors, paintings, wardrobe boxes) arrived across the country in perfect condition (I used UPack to ship after storing at AMS warehouse for a few months). The team was especially flexible with a unique situation I had and I am very grateful to them. Wouldn't change a thing, highly recommend.

We had an awesome experience with moving and packing. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and took great care with all of our stuff. They made what could have been a super stressful day feel easy. Pricing was great, communication was smooth, and I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
